2018 Premier Girls ID Camp | December

The camp will check in on the campus of Drake University. The training sessions will occur on Drake’s indoor turf or outside on the turf stadium. Players will work with the Drake Women’s Soccer Coaches and be provided with lunch and a campus tour. The games are designed to provide campers an environment to improve and compete in small-sided games while showcasing their skill.

Goalkeeper Training: Our goalkeeping staff will train all areas of this specialized position. Goalkeepers will get individualized training and will work in game situations to improve in these areas.
- PHYSICAL - Footwork, Reflexes, Mobility & Strength
- PSYCHOLOGICAL - Confidence, Work Ethic, Attitude & Leadership
- TECHNICAL - Handling, Punching, Diving & Distribution
- TACTICAL - Angles, Positioning, Breakaways & Communication

10:00 - 11:15 am Training
11:15 - 12:45 pm Campus Tour/Small Group Training w Coach Lindsey
12:45 - 1:15 pm Lunch
1:15 - 2:45 pm Small-Sided Games
2:45-3 pm Cool Down
