9:00am - The Power Move
9:30am - The Jump Hook

10:15am - Power Post
10:45am - Live Ball Moves from the High Post
11:15am - 2 on 2 High/Low
11:40am - 1 on 1 in the Low Post
12 noon - Session Ends
