WINTER CLINICS

Maryville University Softball is hosting 2 days of Winter Clinics in January 2019! Come and advance your skills and learn from current coaches and student-athletes about all things softball! Our first clinic of the day will be defense, offensive strategy, mental training, and strength & conditioning. This clinic will focus mainly on defense, broken down by position and skill level. We will also talk about offensive strategy with base running, and there will be a softball specific strength and conditioning portion of the clinic. Most importantly, we will have mental training involved with each aspect of the game, and this will be included in both clinics. Our second clinic of the day will be an all offense clinic at Balls n Strikes down the road in the Chesterfield Valley. This clinic will focus mainly on hitting, broken down with drills and video analysis. The hitting clinic will include hitting, slapping, bunting, mental training, drill work, and video.
