Coaches will register teams: Use register button below, then Coaches Sign Up.
- Once a team is registered, players will be able to sign online waiver forms.

Players waiver forms: Use the register button under the date you will be attending with your club team. Please use the Players sign up button once registration begins.
- Players will be able to select their team from a drop down menu and sign electronic waiver.

Individuals who wish to sign up for the U19 House team can register by clicking the player sign up button.
- When prompted to select your team, you will need to choose Assign to Team from the menu.
