Satellite Camps

Who: Your school volleyball players (a minimum of 16 players )

What: Four to six sessions (approximately 2.5 hours each) of individual and/or team skill practice. This may include any combination of the following:

Our coaching staff will provide you with established wash drills to enhance your coaching and your team's performance.

Where? At your own facility. We will come to you!

When? Coastal Carolina Volleyball Camp staff is flexible as to the days and hours. Camp dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Information

Option #1:

You may hold the camp dates by sending in $50.00 deposit/camper ($800.00 for 16 campers).

The deposit is due in 30 days after reserving the dates for the camp. After receiving the deposit, a confirmation email will be sent along with the required registration form and an invoice for the remaining balance. The completed forms and the remaining balance are due on or before 14 days prior to the camp start date. 

Option #2:

The players are welcome to complete their registrations with full payment  option. The full payment is due within 30 days after reserving the dates. Please let us know if you would like to choose this option, and we will email you the individual registration forms and an invoice for the full balance.

Camp Fee: 

$120.00/Camper (2 days, 4 sessions.)

$140.00/Camper (3 days, 6 sessions.)

The camp fee includes a camp T-shirt.

*Please Note: Campers are required to bring their own lunches to camp.

Refund Policy for Satellite Camps ONLY

*No refunds will be issued for cancellations  without a refund request submitted in writing via email, fax or mail prior to the camp start date.* 

Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee. These refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your Camper is unable to participate for medical reasons. 

Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded all but the $50.00 non-refundable deposit and the online convenience fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given. 

To cancel via email, send your notification to ccvacamps@gmail.com, and note in the subject line “ Satellite Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include camper's name, camp's name, and camp dates.                                                                   Camp Schedules                                                                                                        *Please Note: For closer locations, coaches travel on the first day of the camp; therefore, the first session starts at 11:00 am. For farther locations,  coaches travel the day before the camp start date; therefore, the first session starts at 9:00 am.    

2-day Satellite Camp Schedule:                 

Day 1.                     

Session I:            9:00 am - 11:30 am                *(or 11:00 am -1:30 pm)                         

Lunch Break:    11:30am - 12:30 pm                 *(or 1:30 pm -2:30 pm)  

Session 2:         12:30 pm - 3:00 pm                  *(or 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm)
