K-1st SKILLS ACADEMY

The 2019 K-1st Skills Academy will be comprised of 90 minutes of complete skill development which includes ball-handling, shooting, passing, footwork, we will also incorporate some 3 on 3, 4 on 4, and 5 on 5. As this will allow the athletes to take what they learned in skills and begin to integrate the skills this into a game setting.

Session #2: April 9th, 16th, 23rd
