2019 Post Skill Enhancement Academy
Drill work is specific to the development of both offensive and defensive end of post play, including but not limited to: post moves and countermoves, post positioning, post passing, body balance, post defense, strength and conditioning and much much more!

Check-In: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM Boys & Girls: Rising 9th Grade and Up Must be 5'9" and Taller Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Lunch will be provided Cost: $100 Limited to 40 Campers |
