Team Overnight Camp | Team Deposit
2019 TEAM OVERNIGHT CAMP
The Team Overnight Camp is one of the largest team camps in the area, and allows for a quality competitive experience for any team. In the past, team camp included over 65 teams from Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, & South Dakota. Great facilities and competition make this camp a must for all Senior High teams with their sights set on a championship season. Teams will compete in daily games including a championship tournament. Additionally, strength & conditioning activities will be provided to each team, as well as Information regarding NCAA guidelines and the recruiting process.
Team Camp Registration Process:
- Coaches may register online with a $200 Deposit. This will Be Deducted From Total Due @ Registration
- EACH PLAYER must complete the Release Form. Bring with you to camp! You will not be allowed to participate without a completed form.
- University Regulations require a background check on all individuals with supervising responsibility of a team while in attendance on University property. Each team must have one individual or coach designated as their monitor / supervisor. We will cover the expense of one coach or designee for each team. Any additional individuals / coaches monitoring/supervising a team must be paid for at registration. The cost is $30.00 per Individual or Coach. The background check must be submitted, to the basketball office, two weeks prior to camp in order to obtain approval for the coach to participate.
Team Deposit: You can register online NOW by paying your deposit only. A $200 deposit is accepted online to secure your spot at camp. We encourage you to get your balance paid to the basketball office the week before check in (contact Renee at 405-701-9676 if you are unable to do so). Please bring your completed roster form for each team and all medical release forms for all campers to check-in.
Overnight: Includes campus housing and meals. Deposit is TBA to confirm a spot for your team. Each program MUST pay for at least 10 ATHLETES PER TEAM for the first team. The cost is TBA per camper. If you are bringing a second team of 10 then there is a discounted price of TBA per camper, less the TBA deposit paid online. Second team must consist of 10 players or more (i.e. a total of 20+ athletes required).
Commuter: Doesn't include meals or housing. Each team MUST pay for 10 kids per team to qualify for a commuter team. Meals can be purchased for TBA per day for all commuters. ($5.75 for breakfast, $6.75 for lunch and $7.50 for dinner). Call Renee if you have any questions at 405-701-9676.

Dorm Assignment: Walker Tower
Please bring bed linens (sheets, pillow, blanket, towels and bath hygiene items.)
Refundable Key Deposit: A refundable $25 deposit per person will be due when you check-in at the LNC. If you return your key, the deposit will be returned to you at check-out on Sunday at the dorm.
Booster Statement: It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any of the University of Oklahoma Sports Camps. Expenses include but are not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp tuition. Exception: Boosters may provide expenses for his/her immediate family members to attend any camps.
Camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).
