Preseason Workout for High School Players
2019 PRESEASON WORKOUT FOR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS
High School players (boys and girls) will not want to miss out on our Super Skills Preseason Workout Series this fall. Workouts will be held twice per week for 6 weeks and afford players in the Portland area to take part in detailed workouts with players from other schools in the area. Directed by Phil Galvin, workouts are for players in 9th-12th grades. This is a great chance to receive college-level instruction in a high repetition, detailed environment. Whether you are the best player on your team trying to move up the roster, or simply trying to make the team - these sessions will provide a fantastic environment for improving. Players are more than welcome to jump into the series at any time, with fee’s prorated on a weekly basis.

Easy Drop Off and Pick Up:
Drop-Off Details: All parents should plan on coming into the gym on the first day of the program to register with your child. Participants can arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
Pick Up Details: All parents are certainly welcome to stay and watch any of our Super Skills programs. The Courts also has a small café section that operates as a nice place to get some work done. If you are not planning on staying, please plan to pick them up promptly after the session.
Schedule/What to Expect: As I’m sure you are aware, our goal is to be a ‘Best in Class’ program. Each session is designed to help participants develop a love for the game, learn detailed fundamentals, and motivate and encourage them to develop strong morals, values, and work ethic. We believe strongly that a player can learn a lot more at a camp then just how to play sports.
What to Bring/Wear/Eat, Drink: Each player should bring appropriate clothing and shoes to work-out and play sports in. Shoes appropriate for a basketball court are strongly advised. If you are attending a 1-3 hour program, please also send them with a small snack and something to drink. If your child is attending an All-Day program, please also send them with a healthy lunch. Players will simply store their things in the bleachers in the gymnasium.
