Ohio Day Camp

Proper fundamentals in shooting, passing and dribbling, lay-ups, defense, free throws and offensive moves.
Basketball Concepts (Instruction from Mike Helfer daily)
Motivational thoughts and ideas daily with Mike.
Sessions grouped according to age and ability.

What To Bring
Basketball Attire - Inside Courts & Basketball Shoes With Non-Marking Soles
We will have a camp bank where you can deposit money to be used at our concession stand through the week.

Typical Schedule
7:30am			Gym Opens For Shooting
8:00am			Roll Call / Notebook Teaching
8:15am			Starts / Stops / Turns
8:35am			Fundamental Teaching Stations
10:00am			1 on 1 / 3 on 3 / 5 on 5
12:00pm			Contests / Camp Ends
**The afternoon session and Little Helfer session will follow a similar schedule but adjusted for the times of each camp.
