2019 Summer Day Camp

The Roanoke Men's Basketbal Summer Day Camp is designed to provide kids with an exciting and fun opportunity to learn and improve on their skills with the game of basketball. Campers will learn individual offensive, defensive, and team fundamentals in a varitety of different formats.

Session 2:
July 29th - August 1st

Ages: Boys, 6 -15
Times: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Cost: $200

Discounts available for multiple sessions, siblings and faculty/staff/alumni child.

Location: Cregger Center & Bast Gymnasium

Camp Features:

Individual, small group and team instruction
- Campers will be separated into leagues based on age and skill level
3 on 3 and 5 on 5 team games
Free throw, hot shot, and other competitions
Tournament and awards on the final day of camp
Official roanoke basketball camp t-shirt
Official roanoke basketball camp ball
Lunch in roanoke college dining hall
Athletic trainers on duty

The camp director will be Roanoke College Men's Basketball head coach Clay Nunley. Current Roanoke College assistant coaches and players will also be a part of the camp staff for the week.

Daily Schedule
8:30am	Cregger Center Opens
9:00 am	Roll call & Warm up
9:30 am	Maroon workshops
11:00am	Contests & games
12:00pm	Lunch (provided)
1:00pm	Speaker / Lesson of the day
1:45pm	5 on 5 Games
2:45pm	Choice time: 3 on 3 games, knockout, 1 on 1 skill development etc.
3:30pm	Camp concludes for the day
4:30pm	Late pick-up extension
