Event Description

Winter Youth Basketball League

 

Players coached by Backyard Basketball Coaches.

Players receive coaching from Backyard Basketball Coaches, all clinics and games played at Backyard Sports Academy, players will receive reversible game jersey and shorts. Players have the potential to be part of a future Backyard travel (AAU) team.

Age Divisions:

  • 5 - 6 age division (age cut off- players cannot be 7 before September 1, 2019)
  • 7 - 8 age division (age cut off- players cannot be 9 before September 1, 2019)
  • 9 - 10 age division (age cut off- players cannot be 11 before September 1, 2019)
  • 11 - 12 age division (age cut off- players cannot be 13 before September 1, 2019)

Please do not ask for your child to be on a friend’s team.

Code of Conduct:

BSA believes in preparation and teamwork; we believe through sport an athlete will become a better person on and off the court.
Players, families and all spectators respect the rules and facilities.
Players have BIG TEAM - little me attitude.
Players are willing to be coached.
Players, families and all spectators understand that any conduct detrimental to BSA, their team and referees will result in disciplinary action to be determined by BSA staff.
