Mean Green Day Camps

Camp Description
Join the University of North Texas Basketball team and staff for an exciting four day camp in Denton, Texas. From individual instruction by our own staff to exciting five-on-five tournament play, this is a camper's unique opportunity to be a part of our program!

Campers will work directly with the Mean Green basketball players and staff, receiving fundamental skill instruction in a competitive environment. Learning from athletes and coaches at one of the elite programs in all of Texas, campers will take part in drills, contests and competitions that are designed to develop your child’s skill, understanding of the game and passion for hoops.

Day Camps

Registration
Registration will begin at 8:00 AM on Monday the start of each camp week at the Volleyball Complex located at 1536 S. Bonnie Brae St. Denton, TX 76207. Monday is the only day you will need to walk in and check-in your camper.

Camp Includes
Registration includes Mean Green Basketball Camp t-shirt and basketball

What to bring:
Come dressed and ready to play with athletic shorts, a t-shirt and basketball/athletic shoes. Do not bring jewelry, watches, hats, etc. Cell phones will be put away during camp time. Additionally, do not bring a basketball as balls will be provided.

LUNCH
Lunch is provided. Campers are welcome to bring a snack and a labeled water bottle. Concessions will be made available to all campers who have purchased “Mean Green” (You will see this option when you register online). Please let us know if you require a vegetarian or gluten free selection. You may also choose to bring your own, non-refrigerated lunch from home.

PURCHASE "MEAN GREEN"
We will have concessions for sale throughout the duration of camp. Mean Green is made available up to $50. If you choose to purchase Mean Green for your camper, they will receive their Mean Green vouchers at registration. Mean Green is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Closing Ceremony: The closing ceremony will take place at 3:00pm on the last day of camp, with camp concluding at 3:30pm.
