Game Speed 200 Workout Series

The sessions will focus on maximizing each student's quality reps. Every student will shoot 200 game speed shots each session along with ball handling and decision making training. We will cover a variety of game situations over the three week workout series. Students will be divided according to age / skill level / playing experience

Grades: (Intermediate / JH / HS) Group 1: 7:00pm - 8:00pm Group 2: 8:00pm - 9:00pm Cost: $100 Total ($10 off by Sept 15)

** Athletes will be divided into groups based upon age /skill level **
