Location: 207 Holland Hall Gymnasium Hampton, VA 23668
Hitting: limited to the first 24
Will focus on all aspects of fundamental mechanics including increasing power, bat speed and proper balance.
Pitching: limited to the first 20
Pitchers will focus on proper mechanics, work on movements pitches and increasing velocity
***Please note that pitchers must bring their own catchers (these cathers do not pay and are not part of the camp)
