Boys and Girls Youth Basketball League
Dates: December 18 Grades: K - 4 Times: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Cost: $65 before November 19 $75 after November 20

WEEK 1

December 18, 2021

Athletes will be registered, receive their shirts and practice skills necessary to compete in the sport of basketball and play game 1.

DIVISIONS

K-2^nd grade teams will be co-ed and be separated based on the number of participants.

3^rd and 4^th will be Girls and Boys Teams

Teams will be capped at 10*

*Subject to change if necessary.

DATES FOR THE CALENDAR

Games are between 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Practice: 45 minutes prior to game.

Schedule of games will be made after the number of teams are determined.

**Youth Night will be February 18, 2022.

COMPETITION DAYS

Players will compete against each other in game format.

Cost Includes:

RULES OF THE LEAGUE

Games will be 16-minute halves with 2-minute halftimes.

Participants must play minimum of 12 minutes.

All MHSAA basketball rules/violations will be monitored by Officials.

No Zone Defense. No Press Defense.

Platoon substitutions will be made every 4 minutes.

COACHES

All teams will be coached by members of the Boys and Girls Basketball Programs.

Members will referee and keep score.
