IWU Men’s Basketball Camps
Do you have aspirations of playing at the next level? Do you want to know your strengths and weaknesses?
This one-day camp will give you a great idea about the skills required to play at the college level. This camp is patterned after the NBA pre-draft camp where players are assessed to see what they need to work on if they are going to advance their career. The focus will be on teaching the skills that it will take to be successful at the next level and on educating you about the recruiting process.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Each camper should arrive at Luckey Arena, located inside the Recreation and Wellness Center, between 12:30 and 12:55 PM for check-in. The floor is available for free shooting until 1:00 PM. Camp will end at 6:00 PM; campers should be picked up by 6:15 PM. Parents may come in to drop off or pick-up campers if they so desire.
Members of the IWU men’s basketball program will be on hand to demonstrate drills and work with players. Over the years, IWU has produced multiple players who have gone on to sign professional contracts and play basketball in Argentina, Australia, Uruguay, and England, as well as for the Harlem Globetrotters.
