2019 FALL COLLEGE PREP CLINIC

Experience Tennessee Spirit at our annual Fall College Prep Clinic!  Our clinic is three hours long and conducted very similarly to how our tryouts are conducted so that participants have a better understanding of collegiate expectations. Attendance at these workshops is HIGHLY recommended if you have plans to try out for a position on the cheer, dance or mascot team, or would like to personally assess program requirements, opportunities, instruction style, tryout procedures, etc.

COST OF THE CLINIC INCLUDES

• A Tennessee Spirit T-Shirt
• Instruction from Tennessee Spirit coaches at the clinic
• Attend a cheer and dance practice on Friday evening 10/11 (open to all dance participants and current high school seniors and college student cheer participants)
• A chance to see the Spirit Teams in action on Friday evening, 10/11, at a Lady Vol Volleyball Game
• Opportunity to purchase reduced price football tickets for October 12 versus Mississippi State 
• Follow the Spirit Teams around campus on Saturday at their various pep-rallies and campus events before the football game
• NEW! High school seniors and current college students may submit a one minute skills video to receive individual feedback from coaches. Those who submit may be invited to additional recruiting opportunities. Submission instructions will be sent after registration.

Cheer Clinic

DANCE Clinic

MATERIAL
Will learn Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom combos – as well as technical progressions. This is a workshop atmosphere – and not an evaluation. This is an opportunity for dancers interested in the program to self-evaluate themselves based on the material presented. These are NOT the combos that will be at tryouts, but rather give an example of style and expectations for the future team.
