Lady Titan Girls/XC & Track Conditioning

Be a part of a championship team! Summer conditioning will be distance runnign oriented. We start early to beat the heat. Summer conditioning is a vital part of out programs. It is the building block that will enable us to compete at the championship level. To have a successful season, we have to put in the necessary miles in the summer. Registration includes camp t-shirt, running log, access to swim sessions at the R-7 aquatic center, video analysis of running form and informative instruction to become a better distance runner.

Grades: 7th-12th
*Must be enrolled to attend Summit Lakes Middle School or Lee's Summit West in the Fall of 2018
Time: 6:45 AM
Cost: $50

2018-19 middle school participants will need to submit a current sports physical to the LSW Athletic Office

All highschool campers are required to have a current physical on file on the LSW PRIVIT website. https://lswtitans-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa

1st official practice begins Aug. 6th @ 6:45am in the back parking lot of Lee's Summit

(No camp June 30-July 8th/Dead Week)
