Lincoln Lutheran Camps
2018 Track Camps

This Camp will be directed by Harrison Martin and other members of the Track & Field Staff at Lincoln Lutheran.  Goals of the camp are to provide quality instruction on fundamental and technical aspects including hurdling, high jump, long jump, and triple jump and will include: video running analysis, review of run conditioning exercises and drills, and a discussion of the Nutritional and Hydration needs for runners. College athletes will add their expertise and instruction. 

Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt.
