2019 Winter Clinics
These learn-by-doing clinics are for athletes of all experience levels looking to improve their abilities.
*Please make sure to ONLY register for High Jump OR Long Jump on the same date

High Jump OR Long Jump
Grades: 9th-12th
Times: 12:00-1:30pm (11:30am Check-In)
Cost: $50 (Includes t-shirt)
Cost is $55 if registered after Jan 7th
One Session Costs $50 | Each additional Session is $40 (when registered by January 7th)

Coaches and parents welcome free of charge with registered athletes

- Individual Attention
- Technique development in your events
- Drills to teach specific aspects of events
- Mental and physical preparation for your events
- Hands-on experience in each event
What to Bring:
- Athletic shoes and Clothes

Training shoes and spikes - Lunch (if signed up for morning and afternoon sessions)
