2019 Pole Vault Camp
This is a developmental clinic to help become a better athlete and coach. The clinic is designed to teach techniques, offer constructive criticism, and give assistance in a workout environment.

Coaches / parents are welcome to attend and watch. If you want to video anything, that is fine.
Location: Wayne State College | Indoor Track | WSC Recreation Center
What To Bring:
- Workout Clothes
- Spikes (1/4 pyramid max length)
- Must have own poles (limited number of smaller poles may be available for use)
Included:
- Pole Vault drills by HS coaches
- Technique & Skill Instruction
- Pole Vaulting into pits
Camp Objective:
- Increase knowledge of event and technique
- Teach athletes new drills to enhance ability
- Practice skills with individual coaching
- Get a head start on the track season
