Event Description

SMU | FULL DAY CAMPS

The SMU Girls Soccer Camp is proud to offer Day Camps for local girls throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Come join other children your own age in the beautiful and safe setting of the SMU campus. Girls will be placed in small groups, according to age and ability, to allow for more individualized attention from some of SMU's finest collegiate soccer players and staff. The Day Camp is open to all field players and goalkeepers and specializes in technique and skill development. The Day Camp is sure to be a fun and unique experience. A schedule is located below.

Goalkeeper training will be offered in all camps with the exception of half day camp. Training will be age appropriate and run by a goalkeeping specialist from our staff. Goalkeepers will also be integrated with teams for match play each day.

What to Bring:

Soccer cleats and/or tennis shoes
Shorts and t-shirt/tank top (extra t-shirt is always good)
Swimsuit (Full Day camp only)
Soccer socks
Shin guards
Backpack (to keep extra belongings together)
Water jug (water on each field to replenish)
SOCCER BALL! $25 If you order one during online registration, we will have it for you on first day of camp. $30 at camp if we have extra for purchase, but bring a ball just in case on the first day.

All camps will be held on the beautiful campus of Southern Methodist University

8:00 PM - 9:00 AM		Camp Check-In
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM		Soccer Instruction: Dribble/Passing/Receiving/Shooting/Game Play
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM		Swim hour (please send a towel and swimsuit with your camper)
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM		Lunch (campers should provide their own lunch. There will be a camp store that will provide additional snacks and drinks to purchase)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM		PM Train
EXTENDED FULL DAY SCHEDULE (In addition to regular full day schedule above) (Subject to change)
