Lady Captains' Soccer Camps
2018 Skills Camp & Advanced Camp

Our youth camps are fun, learning environments for girls ages 5-15 located on the Christopher Newport University soccer fields. This camp is designed for players of all levels.

Skills Camp

Dates: June 25th - 28th
Ages: 5 - 15, Girls
Half Day: 9:00am - 11:30am, Ages 5 - 6
Full Day: 9:00am - 2:30pm, Ages 7 - 15
Cost: Regular Registration: $200 for Full Day
Team Registration: $180 for Full Day
$100 for Half Day (5 - 6 year olds)

$150 for CNU Employees - Full Day
$185 per Sibling For Two Siblings - Full Day

Advanced Camp

Dates: July 23rd - 26th
Ages: 5 - 15, Girls
Half Day: 9:00am - 11:30am, Ages 5 - 6
Full Day: 9:00am - 2:30pm, Ages 7 - 15
Cost: Regular Registration: $200 for Full Day
Team Registration: $180 for Full Day
$100 for Half Day (5 - 6 year olds)

$150 for CNU Employees - Full Day
$185 per Sibling For Two Siblings - Full Day

Cost: Regular Registration: $370 for Full Day Team Registration: $360 for Full Day Regular Registration: $175 for Half Day

Skills Camp
This camp focuses on the attacking part of the game. Games are designed to improve skills in the attacking third. Every position (defense, midfield, forward, keeper) is welcome to attend.

Advanced Camp
This camp is designed to challenge players at all ages. We focus on technical and tactical issues of the game in the morning sessions. In the afternoon, we incorporate these concepts into games and competitions.

What To Bring
Soccer Shoes, Shinguards, Soccer Ball, Packed Lunch or Money to Purchase Lunch, Indoor Soccer Shoes / Tennis Shoes, Water Bottle.

Camp Schedule
9:00am - 11:30am	Technical and Small Group Sessions (Ages 5 - 15)
11:30am - 12:30pm	Lunch (Bring your own lunch or money to purchase Chik Fil A or Pizza)
12:30pm - 2:30pm	Attacking games and competitions (Ages 7 - 15)
