2018 Strength & Conditioning Camp
Purpose of the camp is to help familiarize participants with strength & conditioning components of NCAA Division I Soccer. Intent of camp is to provide information & experiences to aid aspiring college soccer players in their future transition to college soccer.
Camp curriculum will focus will on common cardio-fitness testing protocols & introduce typical off-season lifting plans.
Camp Take-A-Ways:
- Gain experience w/ common cardio-fitness testing protocols.
- Sport Science accurate fitness testing results. Baseline scores for future targets & goals.
- Workout packet & experience with exercises.
- Video of workout packet and exercises.
