Description
This two-day Razorback Prospect Discovery Event is ideal for all girls’, grades 7th-12th, that are interested in playing college soccer. Coaches from the University of Arkansas, as well as coaches from other universities in our region, will be on hand to conduct high-level technical sessions as well as small sided and expanded games. The demanding and fast-paced schedule will feature two technical sessions led by the college coaches, specialized sessions for goalkeepers, small sided and expanded games, Q&A session. An optional campus tour can be provided on request as well.

This two-day schedule was created to provide a more convenient option for those traveling from out of town. The event also allows for more technical and game sessions while still providing ample opportunity for the athletes to rest and recover.

Explanation of Events
Technical Sessions: Technical sessions which are topical in nature will be executed by college coaches. Specific sessions for goalkeepers will be provided as well.

Q&A Sessions: The Q&A sessions will be hosted by a panel of college coaches from several universities, as well as a handful of Razorback Soccer Athletes. This is a great time to learn more about the recruiting process and to get an idea of what “a day in the life” of a college athlete looks like. Parents are welcome to participate in this experience.

Campus Tour: Take in the beautifully historic University of Arkansas Campus. Also, see the state-of-the-art training facilities for our Razorback athletes.

Small Sided & Expanded Games: By using a mixture of small sided games, as well as expanded games, college coaches will have an opportunity to evaluate players. Players will be put in a variety of formations and tactical situations for the college coaches to conduct an in-depth evaluation of each camper. If the weather allows, we will play 11v11 on a full-sized field. Otherwise, we will play 9v9 on a regulation-sized indoor football field.
