Jefferson Cup ID Clinic

The Jefferson Cup is one of the largest and most popular youth soccer tournaments in the country. Held in March each year in Richmond, VA, it is a mere 45 miles west of Williamsburg! Realizing this tournament draws top teams from around the country, we are pleased to offer an ID Clinic which provides players and families a chance to visit while travelling to the tournament. The clinic will be offered the Monday after the tournament, and is a fantastic opportunity to have an up close and personal experience with our Women’s Soccer Program at William and Mary while you are already in the area! Players will be coached by and interact with our entire staff and some of our team members, as they partake in technical training, small sided, functional environments as well as full sided games.

This clinic is designed with the tournament in mind, and is shorter than our typical one-day ID clinics. We are cognizant of the fact that players are coming off a tournament, and evaluations will absolutely take that into account as our priority is capitalizing on the convenience of families being local and taking advantage of an opportunity to visit William & Mary.

The clinic will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and run until approximately 12:30 p.m., at which time there will be a classroom presentation and panel discussion/Q&A which will include lunch for the players. The day will conclude with a walking tour of campus and facilities from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Refund Policy:

ALL Cancellations for any of the ShackfordSoccerCamps ID Clinics or Camps are subject to a 15% administrative fee. In addition to that fee, the following rules apply to cancellations:

One-Day and Two-Day ID Clinics:

Refunds will not be considered within 14 days of the Clinic unless you provide Doctor’s written confirmation of Injury or Illness in which case a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refund. Refund requests outside of 14 days prior to the Clinic will be processed with a $50 administrative fee deducted from refund, unless you provide Doctor’s written confirmation of injury or illness in which case a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refund.

Additional Insurance Available:

Please note during the registration process you will be provided the option of purchasing 3rd party Camp Insurance through Allianz. This Camp Protector coverage is offered at a very nominal fee and covers 100% of camp registration fees for a covered camp cancellation or interruption up to $10,000. Overnight Camp Protector will also cover losses caused by travel delays (up to $500 with a daily limit of $150), medical or dental emergencies (up to $10,000), emergency medical transportation (up to $50,000), baggage loss (up to $500), replacement of essential items when baggage is delayed 24 hours or more (up to $200) and includes 24/7 assistance. Allianz Global Assistance will manage all customer service and claims activity for Camp Protector policy holders and is available 24/7 to answer questions or help solve problems. ShackfordSoccerCamps does not administer this insurance in any way, and if you choose to purchase it, all claims dealings and resolutions will be conducted soley with Allianz and not ShackfordSoccerCamps.
