College Experience ID Camp

April 13th & 14th, 2019

Ages: 8th - 12th grade & JUCO Players who hope to play soccer at the collegiate level.
Cost: $160 before April 1st;
$180 after April 1st

Location: SprinTurf

The University of Idaho College Experience Camp is designed to provide participants with a unique experience that demonstrates all that the University of Idaho offers for its student athletes. During camp, participants will have the opportunity to be coached and evaluated by the University of Idaho women’s soccer staff, Jeremy Clevenger, Sean Mapson and Nicole Randall. Each session will provide campers with an understanding of the expectations of a college student-athlete. The content of camp will focus on technical proficiency, tactical understanding and the attitude and effort necessary to execute in those areas. Campers will also be able to support the soccer team as they compete against Western Washington University. Away from the soccer field participants will be taken on a full tour of the beautiful University of Idaho campus. The tour will be led by a member of the admissions department, allowing individuals to ask questions about the campus and the University of Idaho admissions process. Campers will then be in a classroom setting, to learn and ask the coaches and other support staff questions about the college recruiting process.

Check In & Parking:

Check In will take place in the Kibbie Dome in Team room C.

You may stop to drop off campers outside the front entrance of the Kibbie Dome. However, we please do ask you not park for extended periods of time in the front of the Kibbie Dome. If you, as a parent or guardian, plan on staying for the entirety of the camp please park in lot 24 found on the map below.

9:00 - 9:30 a.m.	Check In

11:00 - 11:15 a.m.	Lunch
11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.	Campus Tour led by admissions department
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.	Vandals Soccer Game
3:00 - 5:00 p.m.	Session 2
Day 2
9:00 - 11:00 a.m.	Session 1
11:00 a.m.	Close Camp

Cleats or Turf Shoes

Sneakers
Rain Gear

Miscellaneous:

This is NOT a residential camp and individuals are responsible for their own housing/ hotel.

Refund requests made 14 days in advance of the start of camp will be granted, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of camp.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, since this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
