Event Description

As many of you know, our summer camps fill up quickly and unfortunately, sometimes we have to turn campers away. Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 virus we have established a way for you to reserve your spot in camp with a very minimal financial commitment. Now you can claim your spot in camp for only a $60 deposit! When your camp is confirmed to take place, you can easily pay the balance online. Should we have to cancel the camp due to COVID-19, your deposit would be refunded less the Ryzer convenience fee of $3.

Day Camp I

The GV Soccer Day Camp provides soccer campers of all levels with fun instruction on the technical aspects of the game including dribbling, passing, and shooting. In the older age groups, campers will also be challenged in the tactical areas of the game. Players will be grouped based on age, level, and skill to ensure a proper learning environment. Also included every day is 1 hour at the GVSU indoor pool.
Further communication will be sent out on June 1st with all the final reminders, required forms, campus map, etc. that you will need in preparation for camp. Please note your registered email address is the one in which all communication will be given.

All Campers Receive a GVSU Soccer Ball

Location: GVSU Soccer Fields

What To Bring: Shorts, t-shirt, soccer shoes (cleats), running shoes, shin guards, water bottle, packed lunch, swim trunks, and a towel. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LUNCH.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a welcome letter that will give you additional information with regards to our summer camp including a medical waiver and concussion form that is to be BROUGHT TO CHECK IN. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IN AHEAD OF TIME.

Refund Policy: A $60.00 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds regardless of the reason. Refund requests must be made in writing before 10 days prior to the first day of camp session in which the camper was originally enrolled. NO REFUNDS for any reason (i.e., injury, illness) will be given 10 DAYS PRIOR to camp.

In the event of an entire camp cancellation due to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund (minus Ryzer card processing/convenience fees). That refund will appear on your credit or debit card within 72 hours of camp cancellation. Those few special arrangements that were made for payment via check or cash will take longer due to GVSU campus processing.
