On field identification is a vital component of the college recruitment cycle, but that is not where the process ends for us. It is important to educate players on communication around events, admission reads, financial aid/scholarship opportunities and program needs/recruiting strategies.

Our staff have experience in the recruiting process from both sides of the fence, as youth club coaches, high school coaches, and also from the college coach end. Our staff have also worked at the college level in the NESCAC, Big 10, ACC and Ivy League conferences, and have first hand experience coaching all three divisions of the NCAA.

Our services to players include on field showcase events, Q & A recruiting panels with active college coaches, college like video classroom sessions, nutrition information and insight into what life is like after you enter college, and how it differs from the typical youth environment.

We also offer sessions to parents. In a world where parents are told to “stay out of the way,” we are here to answer your questions and tell you what are good ideas to do and not do while direction your son or daughter. This can include experiences we have seen with parents through the eyes of a coach.

When it comes to the bottom line, we want to help as many players as we can go into the right athletic and academic environment for them, armed with both the knowledge and ability to succeed.
