ABOUT GIRLS HS RESIDENTIAL ELITE CAMPS
Our residential camps are specifically designed to provide an experience of what it is like to be a student athlete at the University of Oregon. They are open to individuals, club or high school teams. Over the last few years we have had several recruits identified directly from our camps.
The curriculum will develop the technical skills and tactical awareness of the competitive soccer player. All members of the Oregon coaching staff will be coaching and evaluating. Camp will include: technical and tactical training, team video work, and lectures on sports nutrition, sports psychology, and college recruiting. During the week, there will also be agility and speed instruction and assessment provided by our strength & conditioning staff.
Goalkeepers
Specific goalkeeper training will be given during Residential Camp.
