Lions ID Camp

 
The inaugural SAGU Men’s Soccer Lions ID Camp is designed for players who are seriously interested in playing at the collegiate level. The SAGU Coaching Staff will run all sessions and games during the two-day camp. Players will experience the same training exercises and coaching that a collegiate athlete receives on a day-to-day basis. Campers will also have an opportunity to learn about the college recruiting process. The SAGU coaching staff will host a recruiting process Q&A to answer any questions related to college recruitment. Our goal is to give each player the opportunity and tools needed to play collegiate soccer. Other college coaches from around the region will be invited to attend and evaluate potential recruits at the camp. Invited programs range from NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA. Enrollment is open to boys grades 9th and up. Specific goalkeeper training will also be offered. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register at your earliest convenience. Friday | 6:00 pm - 9:00pm

  • Check in | 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Warm up | 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Activity 1 | 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Activity 2 | 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Game 1 | 8:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Game 2 | 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Warm up | 9:00 am - 9:30 am
  • Game 1 | 9:30 am - 10:30 am
  • Game 2 | 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Additional Information:

  • Meals: Meals will be on your own. 
  • Lodging: Campers must make their arrangements for lodging. Nearby hotel recommendations available upon request. 
  • Packing List: Soccer Ball (Required by each camper), Bag, Water Bottle (Water coolers for refill provided), Shin guards, Tennis Shoes, Soccer Shoes (Molded and turf), Socks, Rain gear. 
  • Refund Policy: There will be a $75 non-refundable fee for all camp registrations. No refunds available within 2 weeks (14 days) of the start of camp. 
  • Payment: Camp registration will take place online only, and tuition must be paid in full. Walk-up registration (first day of camp) will not be offered. Limited capacity. 18:2 player to coach ratio.  
  • Flying in for camp? Several transportation options from the local airports are available, including Uber and Lyft.

Refund Policy:  There will be a $75 non-refund fee for all camp registrations. No refunds available within 2 weeks (14 days) of the start of camp.
