2018 BEGINNER CAMP |
In the gym, the training will focus on the fundamentals of volleyball in a positive & high-energy environment. Campers will work in small groups, giving them a chance to work with current George Fox University volleyball coaches and players. Courts will be separated by ability and age.
There will be off-court classroom sessions involving coach-lead leadership training. These sessions will address important issues in athletics today, such as: how to be a good teammate, body language, vocal and / or leading by example, sportsmanship, confidence, & servant-hearted leadership.
