2018 One Day Camp
|
Medical Attention: A full-time athletic trainer will be on duty to administer to minor injuries and ailments. In addition to completing the Registration Form, all campers must also complete the medical Release Form. All campers must have proof of insurance. Upon receipt of the camper’s registration, payment, and medical release form, you will receive a confirmation email.
