Small Group Training & 3-on-3 League

September 10th, 17th, 24th
October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
Who: Boys & Girls, Grades 4th - 8th
Time:
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. | Grades 4th - 5th
7:30 - 8:30 p.m. | Grades 6th - 8th
Cost: $100

Why 3-on-3 Training?
  1. More Spacing.
  2. More touches for each player.
  3. More shots and passes.
  4. Focuses on the fundamentals.
  5. Teaches cutting, screening, give & go and screen & rolls.
  6. Teaches man to man defense.
  7. Fun and fast paced!
  8. It is becoming an Olympic sport.
About the League
  1. Instruction and coaching each session.
  2. 2 twenty minute games each week.
  3. 4th-5th grade 6:30-7:30pm.
  4. 6th-8th grade 7:30-8:30pm.
  5. Ref/Coach at each basket.
  6. Players will have a different 3 on 3 team each week.
  7. Maximum of 4 teams each hour.
