Back by Popular demand!! Once again we are offering modified open gym sessions for ages 13U through 14U! These sessions are available to any 13U-14U player in the area that is not registered in high school and is wanting to get more reps at a high level. There will be 45 minutes of fundamental skills training and then 45 minutes of team/game play led by Premier Volleyball coaches. The scrimmage format will be any where from 4 to 6 players.

The focus of these sessions will be to offer "game like" play for those athletes that are not able to participate in a fall league or simply just want more playing time on the court!! The goal will be to bring those skills that you work on at clinics or private lessons and showcase them in a game like situation!

2018-2019 USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definitaion:

• 13 & under - Born between 9/1/2005 - 8/31/2006
• 14 & under - Born between 9/1/2004 - 8/31/2005
