The Advanced Fall Training Series will provide a high level of training for athletes that have club experience and already have a good understanding of the fundamentals and the game. This series is designed for the serious athlete looking to receive intense training in all areas. Each athlete will have the opportunity to develop their skills through individual instruction, group instruction, and game experience. The focus of the session is to take your game to the next level and begin preparing for club tryouts. This is ideal for the experienced volleyball player who is striving to be the best. We expect players who attend this session to be very serious about learning advanced volleyball systems and training.
