2018 BALL CONTROL CLINIC

Athletes will work on serve receive and defense techniques, movements, positioning, and tactics.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH
AGES: 10 - 18
BALL CONTROL SESSION: 10:00 - 11:00 AM
OPTIONAL CAMPUS TOUR: 11:00 AM

COST: $30 per Camper

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have reserved your spot, we will contact you to obtain other information needed for team champ check-in. This includes; Medical Release Forms for each player, Behavior Forms, Fee Collection, etc.

WHAT TO BRING:
→ Volleyball Shoes
→ Knee Pads
→ Socks
→ Sweatshirt
→ T-Shirts
→ Shorts

HOUSING, MEALS & FACILITIES: Campers will be staying and eating on campus. Dorms are double occupancy and air conditioned. Dinner on July 8th will be the first meal served, and breakfast on July 10th will be the last meal served. All other meals will be the responsibility of coaches and players. Campers will utilize all volleyball facilities at Pope Convocation Center including the team locker room, Gore Arena and McCall Gym

SUPERVISION & CONDUCT: There will be housing and camp staff supervising the facilities at all times to ensure a secure environment. Campers are not permitted to leave campus unsupervised. Sports medicine staff will be on duty 24 hours a day during camp. Any misconduct by a camper is grounds for immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.

WHY CAMEL VOLLEYBALL CAMPS: Coach Goral brings 14 seasons of D1 coaching experience to the Creek. Greg is known for his ability to train and motivate young players was instrumental in the four OVC Championships Morehead State accumulated in his 5 seasons there. Greg has also had successful stints at Auburn, E. Washington, Gonzaga, Rhode Island, and Springfield College where he instructed players at every position and created a great learning enviroment. His ability to train players of varying skill levels and numerous positions leads to having a positive impact on the campers that attend his camp.
