Cost: $60

Tryouts and the Parent Meeting will be held at Lockhart Gymnasium on the campus of Alabama State University, 915 South Jackson St.
Please be sure to bring the following documents to Tryouts
- SRVA Membership Form
- Signed and Notarized USAV Medical Waiver
- Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate (if first year at PLW)
- PLW Tryout Forms and Fee
