Event Description

2019 ALL SKILLS CAMP II

Available to overnight and commuter girls from the 8th grade to senior year in high school to improve their overall game.

This three day six session session camp will touch upon all skills; passing, setting, spiking, serving, defense, blocking, and covering which will be held at the Fitzgerald Field House and the air conditioned, Petersen Event Center Practice Gym.

Campers will learn training techniques that are used by the PITT Volleyball team.

Girls Grades 8th - 12th

TUITION
Commuter Camper: $340.00
Overnight Camper: $415.00

FRIDAY SCHEDULE
12:00pm - 1:00pm → Check-In
1:30pm - 4:00pm → Session I
6:00pm - 9:00pm → Session II

SATURDAY SCHEDULE
9:00am - 11:30am → Session III
1:30pm - 4:00pm → Session IV
6:00pm - 9:00pm → Session V

SUNDAY SCHEDULE
9:00am - 12:00pm → Session IV
1:00pm → Check-Out

CAMP CHECK-IN
Camp check-in for both commuter and overnight in will take place from 12:00pm-1:00pm on July 12 or July 19 at Sutherland Residence Hall. Once each camper is checked in, a camp staff member will walk the campers to the Fitzgerald Field House.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?
Water & Gatorade
Camp T-Shirt
Air Conditioned Dorms & All Meals
Commuting Campers will be provided dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday.

WHAT TO BRING
Each camper must bring their own volleyball gear (ie. Shoes, kneepads, athletic clothes).
Water Bottle
Toiletries
Pillow, linens, and a towel will be provided. If need of additional items, please bring your own.

MEALS
Commuter and overnight campers will have meals at the Perch in the Sutherland Hall.

OVERNIGHT HOUSING
Overnight Campers will stay in the Sutherland Residence Hall which is located on Upper Campus. Sutherland Residence Hall has 24 hour security and will also be supervised by camp staff. The dorm rooms are double occupancy with air condition and semi private baths. 

LOST DORM KEYS
All campers staying on campus will be responsible to pay the fine for a lost dorm key. Checks will be made out to University of Pittsburgh.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available in the OC Parking Lot. There are parking fees for the lot: $7.00 on weekdays and $5.00 on weekends. This lot has no re-entry.

REFUNDS / WALK-UPS
There is a $50 processing fee for any camp cancellations. No refunds will be given 2 weeks before the camp date.

Commuter walk ups for any camp are welcome. No walk ups for overnight campers as housing arrangements need to be finalized 2 weeks before the start of the camp date.

Pro-rated rate for residential and commuter campers is available. Please Contact Lindsey Behonick for more information. Rate will be broken down by session, meals and housing per day.
