Achievers Academy
Goals: To assist all players in the Process of gaining great skills, knowledge and better performance in the game
Modifications: Age appropriate skills and drills
Eash Session: Includes demonstration of proper warm-up and stretching; introduction to the fundamental skills of volleyball; skill training that will reinforce basic fundamentals and provide FUN game-like situations. The last 15-25 minutes of each session will include introduction of game play situations; active game play will be involved as the Rising Stars become more proficient in skills.
