2019 Advanced Camp

This Advanced Camp is designed for Middle and High School students to improve their consistency and technique of the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defense. This camp will also emphasize game play and advanced game strategy. Advanced campers are expected to have experience playing high school and club volleyball as much of the camp will be focused on game play, not basic rules and skills.

This camp is also designed to prepare players who are considering playing volleyball in college. Campers will participate in competitive drills and game play modeled after college practices. For players who might be interested in college play, our staff will discuss the details of the recruiting process and give players recommendations on how to make contact with coaches and schools. We will also offer a Q and A session where players can ask both R-MC coaches and R-MC palyers questions about the recruiting process or the college experince.  We will maintain a low player to coach ratio in order to give individualized attention to each camper. Boys and Girls are welcome to attend camp.

• 1 meal per day for Day Campers
• Overnight Campers receive all additional meals while on campus

• Lifting session to teach correct form and technique with sample workout plans (Overnight Campers Only)

• We can accomodate for High School teams upon request.  Please email SavannaLove@rmc.edu to discuss details.
• Coaches who wish to attend with teams will ony be charged room and board.  Contact us for pricing details.
