Idaho State Volleyball Camps

2019 Individual Defense Clinic

This clinic is designed to train athletes in the fundamental skills of individual defense. Instruction will include training skill development in digging and/or blocking skills. Campers are trained using high-rep drills and fun and competitive defensive games. Campers will be divided by skill and placed into appropriate groups that will challenge their skill level.

	Grades: 6th - 12th
	Cost: $45 ($55 if registered after June 17th)
	Included: Camp T-Shirt
	One-Day Skill Clinics Campers receive only One shirt total even if attending all 5 Clinics

	1:00 - 1:45 p.m.	Registration & Check-In
	2:00 - 4:30 p.m.	Session 1
This is a tentative camp schedule and is subject to change.

Family Discount: Two or more members of the same immediate family and in the same camp receive a 15% discount.

Orange Discount: Applies to a camper that participates in two or more volleyball camps receives a 10% discount towards two or more camps.

Location: Reed Gymnasium and the ISU Recreation Center on the Idaho State University Campus.

Per NCAA Bylaw 13.4.3.1.2.1, Idaho State Volleyball Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
