2019 INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CAMP

Grades: 7th - 9th Commuter: $75 (No Meals or Housing) Resident: $125 (Meals & Housing Included) |
On-Campus Housing:
- If you plan to stay on campus, we suggest you bring the following items: towels, bedding, toiletries, shower items, fan (depending on weather), and money in case you want to purchase any snack / drink items from the team store.
- All Meals are included for those staying on campus
Schedule:

Day 1
- 1:00 p.m. → Check-In
- 1:30 p.m. → Warm-up / Stretch
- 2:00 p.m. → Skill Development / Competitive Drills
- 4:30 p.m. → Dinner
- 5:30 p.m. → Team Games

- 8:00 a.m. → Breakfast
- 8:45 a.m. → Warm-up / Stretch
- 9:00 a.m. → Skill Development
- 11:30 a.m. → Lunch
- 1:00 p.m. → Competitive Drills / Team Games
- 3:00 p.m. → Awards / Recognition
