2020 HIGH SCHOOL POSITION CAMP

The 2-Day High School Position Camp will focus on ALL aspects of your chosen position with an emphasis on the fundamentals of volleyball.  Skill development will be emphasized during the camp as well as technique refinement and exposure to the tactical aspects of the game and position.

Hitters will focus on all aspects of the position including hand contact, arm swing, footwork, approach patterns, serving (standing float, jump float, jump top spin), serve receiving, blocking, transition and competition.

Setters will focus on all aspects of the position including hand position, footwork techniques, defense, transition, offense, setting strategies and competition.

Defensive Specialists and Liberos will focus on all aspects of the position including digging, floor moves, emergency techniques, forearm and overhead passing techniques, serving, as well as all around ball control techniques and competition.

July 8th-9th
Entering Grades: 8th - 12th
Day 1: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Day 2: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Resident (Air Conditioned Dorm & All Meals): $320
Commuter (With 2 Lunches & 1 Dinner): $240

Commuter (No Meals): $210

Day 1 Check-In: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at The Commons Ballroom in Lawther Dorm Lounge (New Location)

Resident Campers: If you would like to choose your roommate, you will just need to check in together during the morning of check-in. If more than two campers would like to room near each other, we recommend that all campers should check-in together.  We will try and accommodate this request, but we cannot guarantee this, due to limited room availability.

Insurance: All Campers must have health insurance in order to participate.

Panther Volleyball Camps are open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender, as required by NCAA rules.
