2020 Bard College Girls Volleyball Camp
About the Camps
The ALL SKILLS CAMP is designed for girls entering grades 6-8. This camp is the perfect opportunity for players with 0-2 seasons of playing experience to brush up on their playing experience for upcoming tryouts! All of the essential volleyball skills and techniques will be covered in this comprehensive camp. This camp will focus on individual skill development as well as some advanced team concepts. Our coaching staff will cover the fundamental skills of serving, passing, setting, hitting and digging, and will also help players work on proper movement, footwork, and form. Players will also receive instruction on team offensive and defensive systems, strategy and much more! Players will run through a variety of drills and get lots of reps to really improve their technique. Every day the camp will conclude with a fun game or scrimmage to put what they have learned into practice. Our great coaching staff will work with every athlete to help them reach their goals of learning new skills, furthering already learned skills and having a better understanding of the sport of volleyball.
All campers receive t-shirts, USA volleyball information, player notes and daily snacks.
