2020 Hitting Workshop
The Hitting Workshop will develop you into a hitter who has more power and different shots that will help you get the kill.

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $40 per Camper

Location: Gates Athletic Center
Hitters - basic to advanced techniques will be covered:
- Approach and arm swing
- In system & out of system attacking
- Tips, roll-shots, using the block, and hitting angles
- Various types of sets and tempos
Workshops are open to all entrants in grades 7th-12th
