2020 Defense Workshop
All defense! This workshop is perfect for anyone in any position to get better at defense: Middles who serve; setters who play in the back-row; outside and right-side hitters; and of course liberos. Are you ready to become a true defender?

- Basic and advanced defensive techniques
- High number of repetitions
- A variety of defensive drills
- Positional defensive training
Workshops are open to all entrants in grades 7th-12th
