Girls Volleyball Camps
We invite you to participate in this customized Crossfit program for Oswego Panthers Volleyball program that will run for 6 weeks (18 sessions / 60 minutes each) in preparation for the upcoming season. The sessions are designed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, explosiveness, coordination, agility, balance and power. A combination of drills, tempo strength work, unilateral strength work, banded lateral movement, mobility, balance training and full body conditioning will be used to develop the athlete’s strengths while minimizing weaknesses. The goal of the program is to enhance the athlete’s capacity in the sport of volleyball as well as help stabilize the core, posterior chain and accessory muscles to increase resistance to injury.
High School Camp Registrants:
All high school camp registrants (9-12 grade) MUST be attending the High School they are registering for in the fall of 2020 per IHSA Rules. (i.e. OE students can NOT register at OHS and Benet students can NOT register at OHS or OEHS)
