Vertical Jump Training Program
The complete Vertical Jump Program, geared towards improving the vertical of 2 to 5 inches higher(**) based on our unique and proven principle “jump training” which uses your body weight paired with the 8 unique jump training exercises specifically designed to attack your legs at different angles isolating the muscles designed especially for jumping. By precisely executing the exercises and following the 2 or 3day per week workout, your leg muscles develop an unconscious pattern of behavior, a vertical jumping pattern, which allows you to effortlessly increase our jumping ability to a level that will absolutely surprise you. Also in use with our Vertimax jumping machine. (Ends Just in time for school ball to start). (**) Some results may vary based on athlete’s participation.
- 6 Weeks for $250 (3 days) (no installments and no refunds) 2 days a week add 30 minutes to your time.
- 2/3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), a total of 24 hours.
